Dear All,
My company is an SME in UK. We are primarily a project management, design and procurement organisation and all manufacture is subcontracted. Our products are large cap ex equipment for refineries and petrochemical plants. I would like to know if anyone else has been through the ISO14001 certification route for this type of situation? Do you have any guidance on how far reaching the ISO14001 goes???
Thanks for any pointers/tips.
Regards

I am just about to go through this also. Lucky for me I am able to take on an EMS Manager, would be interesting to get some tips though.... We are integrating ISO14001 into our current ISO9001/AS9100.... 2 auditors each time, that'll be fun icon_smile.gif

Dear Toldo,
let us have one issue cleared first. Are you more interested in the benefits of certification towards 14001 or the system implementation on the first hand....[/quote]
